How to Measure All you need is a soft measuring tape. Measure over bare skin or thin underwear for the most accurate fit.
1. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
2. Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes.
3. Length
Choose by height: 24" inseam if you're 5'5" or under, 27" if you're 5'6" or taller.
4. Find your size
Match your waist to the size chart. Between sizes? Take the Find My Size quiz.
