At TONA, we created our leggings in size 0-24 as being inclusive to all women is central to our mission. To determine what size is best for you,please review our sizing chart. We suggest sizing down between 1–2 sizes from your regular leggings size. For any questions, please contact our customer excellence team at help@tonaactive.com.

We are as excited as you are for you to experience your new TONAs!  We understand that shipping times matter to our customers, and we're always striving to speed up the delivery of our leggings straight to your doorstep.  We offer free shipping both ways on all TONA orders.

TONA primarily uses USPS and FedEx to fulfill your order.  The average shipping time for our Standard shipping is 3-6 business days, depending on your geographic location. TONA also offers Priority of 2-3 business days ($16.99), Express of 1-2 business days ($24.99), and fastest of Next Business Day ($29.99).

As soon as you complete your order, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order and prepares your shipment.  Once shipped, TONA’s Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Priority, Express and Next Business Day shipments placed before 1 pm EST will be processed the same day.  If an order is placed after 1 pm EST, on a holiday or weekend, it will ship out the next business day. U.S. Federal Holidays do not count toward the estimated shipping timeframe, so please consider this when planning you order near an upcoming holiday.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.  Please check this tracking number with the carrier to track your package and delivery. Contact us if you have questions about delivery timing or a lost package: help@tonaactive.com.

You must initiate an INSTANT EXCHANGE within 30 days of your original purchase.

To begin an INSTANT EXCHANGE, please visit the TONA exchange/returns portal.

When you initiate an INSTANT EXCHANGE, we will place a $1 hold on your credit card and instantly ship out your replacement item. Once your INSTANT EXCHANGE is processed on our exchange/returns portal, you will be provided a return shipping label to print out and affix to your return package – please use original packaging if possible.

You must drop off your original item at USPS within 28 days from the day you initiate your INSTANT EXCHANGE process on the TONA exchanges/returns portal.Once we receive your original item, the $1 hold on your credit card will be released and there will be no additional charges. We will ship your replacement item to the same address as we shipped your original item.

If you do NOT drop off your original item at USPS within 28 days from the day you initiate your return process on the TONA exchanges/returns portal, we will presume you would like to keep both items. We will then charge the price of the additional item you did NOT return to your credit card and you will be able to keep both items and no further action will be necessary.

Nobody likes having to return something they purchased, so we make this process as easy and painless as possible for you. Therefore, we accept returns, and exchanges, on ALL unused and unworn merchandise within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date.

We will process your return within two business days of receipt of your returned item(s) and instantly credit your original form of payment. Your refund will generally appear on your original form of payment within 3 business days.
