At TONA, we created our leggings in size 0-24 as being inclusive to all women is central to our mission. To determine what size is best for you, please review our sizing chart. We suggest sizing down between 1–2 sizes from your regular leggings size. For any questions, please contact our customer excellence team at help@tonaactive.com.
We are as excited as you are for you to experience TONA! We offer free shipping both ways on all TONA orders. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days, depending on your geographic location. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please check this tracking number with the carrier to track your package and delivery. You must initiate an INSTANT EXCHANGE within 30 days of your original purchase.
To begin an INSTANT EXCHANGE, please visit the TONA exchange/returns portal.
When you initiate an INSTANT EXCHANGE, we will place a $1 hold on your credit card and instantly ship out your replacement item. Once your INSTANT EXCHANGE is processed on our exchange/returns portal, you will be provided a return shipping label to print out and affix to your return package – please use original packaging if possible.
You must drop off your original item at USPS within 28 days from the day you initiate your INSTANT EXCHANGE process on the TONA exchanges/returns portal.Once we receive your original item, the $1 hold on your credit card will be released and there will be no additional charges. We will ship your replacement item to the same address as we shipped your original item.
If you do NOT drop off your original item at USPS within 28 days from the day you initiate your return process on the TONA exchanges/returns portal, we will presume you would like to keep both items. We will then charge the price of the additional item you did NOT return to your credit card and you will be able to keep both items and no further action will be necessary.

We are excited to develop our full omni-channel retail experience in the coming months and will update you on how to find your favorite TONA products at local, national and international retailers at that time.
We are expanding our shipping territories as our business evolves and look forward to bringing TONA to the entire globe.
TONA does not currently offer expedited shipping, but this is a feature we are looking forward to adding in the future, in order to have your TONA Activewear in your hands as soon as possible.
TONA primarily uses UPS and DHL to ship TONA. The majority of our packages will reach you within 3-5 days of order date.
You can currently purchase TONA directly from the source at tonaactive.com. We are excited to develop our full omni-channel retail experience in the coming months and will update you on how to find your favorite TONA products at local, national and international retailers at that time.
