Rather, we will place a $1 hold (per item) on your credit card and instantly ship out your new, replacement item(s)!

Once your INSTANT EXCHANGE is processed through our Exchange & Returns portal, you will be provided a FREE return shipping label to print out and affix to your return package – for environmental considerations, please use original packaging if possible.

Please note, you must initiate an INSTANT EXCHANGE within 30 days of your original purchase. You must also drop off your original item(s) at USPS within 28 business days from the day you initiate your INSTANT EXCHANGE process through the TONA Exchange & Returns portal.

Once we receive your original item(s), the $1 hold on your credit card will be released and there will be no additional charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) to you at the same address we shipped your original item(s). That’s it!

Naturally, if you do NOT drop off your original item(s) at USPS within 28 business days from the day you initiate your exchange process on the TONA Exchange & Returns portal, we will presume you would like to keep both the item(s) you were planning on returning and the item(s) you received in exchange.

We will then charge the price of the additional item(s) you did NOT return for exchange to your credit card, minus the $1 hold (per item). You will be able to keep all items and no further action will be necessary.

RETURNS – EXPLAINED

When you initiate a RETURN with TONA through our Exchange & Returns portal, you will be provided a FREE return shipping label to print out and affix to your return package – for environmental considerations, please use original packaging if possible.

Please note, you must initiate a RETURN within 30 days of your original purchase. You must also drop off your original item at USPS within 28 business days from the day you initiate your RETURN process through the TONA exchanges/returns portal.

Once we receive your original item(s), we will process your return within two business days of receipt of your returned item(s) and instantly credit your original form of payment. Your refund will generally appear on your original form of payment within three business days from that time.

Naturally, if you do NOT drop off your original item(s) at USPS within 28 business days from the day you initiate your return process through the TONA Exchange & Returns portal, we will presume you would like to keep your item(s), no credit or refund will be processed, and no further action will be necessary.
