At TONA, we created our leggings in size 0-24 as being inclusive to all women is central to our mission. To determine what size is best for you, please review our sizing chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down between 1–1.5 sizes from your pants or legging size, as our fit and fabric are intended to provide optimal compression, lift, support and comfort. We are as excited as you are for you to experience TONA! We offer free shipping on all TONA orders. The average shipping time is 3-5 days, depending on your geographic location. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please check this tracking number with the carrier to track your package and delivery. TONA products are currently only available in the US, shipped directly from tonaactive.com. We are excited to develop our full omni-channel retail experience in the coming months and will update you on how to find your favorite TONA products at local, national and international retailers at that time.

We are expanding our shipping territories as our business evolves and look forward to bringing TONA to the entire globe. 

TONA does not currently offer expedited shipping, but this is a feature we are looking forward to adding in the future, in order to have your TONA Activewear in your hands as soon as possible.

TONA primarily uses UPS and DHL to ship TONA. The majority of our packages will reach you within 3-5 days of order date. 

You can currently purchase TONA directly from the source at tonaactive.com. We are excited to develop our full omni-channel retail experience in the coming months and will update you on how to find your favorite TONA products at local, national and international retailers at that time.

At tonaactive.com we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, buy now, pay later with Affirm, Meta Pay, Shop Pay Installments (Shopify brand version of Affirm), all major credit cards, including Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your TONA leggings to fit you perfectly. If your fit and size is not everything you wanted it to be, return them for an INSTANT EXCHANGE before you even send your first pair back!

To process an exchange with TONA, please visit our returns/exchange portal. Your exchange will be processed, and you will be provided a return shipping label. Your initial item will be returned to the original form of payment and a new charge will be applied for the replacement product. If you are making an exchange due to size, please see our size chart for easy reference. 

At TONA Activewear, we have a 100% Happiness, No Questions Asked Guarantee – and return shipping is always free! 

Nobody likes having to return something they purchased, so we make this process as easy and painless as possible for you. Therefore, we accept returns, and exchanges, on ALL unused and unworn merchandise within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date.

We will process your return within two business days or receipt of your returned item(s) and instantly credit your original form of payment. Your refund will generally appear on your original form of payment within 3 business days.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. Our returns processing page will walk you through the easy steps of receiving a return shipping label, packaging your items and returning them to us for FREE. You will automatically receive return tracking details via email so you can always track the up-to-date status of your return.
